Petitioner claims to be owner of a property wherein the private respondent nos. 5 to 9 are creating disturbance in cultivating the land. To that effect, information was furnished with the police authorities for no steps having been taken.

Consequently, the petitioner is facing inconvenience. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities are aware regarding the dispute existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. They have drawn up a proceeding under section 126 BNSS to maintain peace and tranquility.

Having considered that the police authorities are aware regarding the nature and character of the dispute existing between the petitioner and the private respondents, police authorities would ensure that under no circumstances the situation is blown out of proportion or any untoward incident results over the issues resulting to cultivation and/or harvesting. With the aforesaid observations WPA 21241 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
