Petitioner submits he is suffering from schizophrenia. He prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Statements of the witnesses and the medical documents show petitioner had assaulted the victim resulting in his death. Keeping in mind the aforesaid fact and the nature of the offence, we are of the opinion this is not an act of a person of unstable mind.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
