Petitioner has approached this Court as the information which was furnished before the police authorities on or about August, 2025 were not acted upon. Petitioner's main grievance is that he is being attempted to be thrown out of the house and his shop has already been ransacked.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.6 submits that a civil suit being T.S. No.11 of 2025 is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Balurghat.

Police report reflects that several cases are pending being Kushmandi P.S. Case No.230 of 2024, Kushmandi P.S. Case No.66 of 2025, Kushmandi P.S. Case No.100 of 2025, Kushmandi P.S. Case No.197 of 2025 further proceedings have been drawn up under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Having considered that a family feud has cropped up and the same is continuing for a considerable period of time, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and see that there is no violation of law and order or the situation is blown out of proportion.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA 21244 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
