1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and more particularly the statement of the eye-witnesses directly implicates the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence and the physical assault by the petitioner had resulted the death of the victim, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
