1. From the final report of the Mediator, we find that the matter has been settled between the parties by way of mediation.

2. A notarized joint terms of settlement dated June 19, 2026 has also been made a part of the mediators' report.

3. Accordingly, FA No. 67 of 2025 is disposed of in terms of the terms of settlement annexed to the report of the Mediator, which be deemed to be a part of the decree.

4. CAN 3 of 2025 is consequentially disposed of as well.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

7. A formal decree be drawn up accordingly.
