From the records of the case it reflects that on 19.09.2025 petitioner was granted interim bail by a co-ordinate bench.

As there are no adverse reports, the interim bail granted to the petitioner be confirmed on the same terms and conditions as was imposed on 19.09.2025.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1109 of 2025 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
