which reflect that the petitioner is having Bangladeshi National ID and she was intercepted at the immigration clearance at Haridaspur. Petitioner earlier has tried to establish her Indian citizenship through different documents in her custody but having considered that there are overwhelming materials for connecting the petitioner as a Bangladeshi national, I am of the view that the accusations made in the charge-sheet under the Foreigners Act do sustain. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(M) 1589 of 2025 is rejected.

Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.
