Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Singur Police Station.

There is a long-standing dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. Earlier a FIR No. 229 of 2020 has been registered by the Singur Police Station.

It is submitted by the Police that Charge Sheet No. 219 of 2020 dated 31st October, 2020 has been filed. A further complaint has been filed in August, 2022 by the petitioner to the Police. The Police have addressed the same.

There is civil suit between the petitioner and the private respondents being T. S. No. 73 of 2020 filed before the leaned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandannagar, Hooghly.

The petitioner may seek appropriate interim relief in the civil suit.

Singur Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. 8.

The writ petition is disposed of.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
