From the report, it is seen that an enquiry has been made by the police and on the occasion of Janmastami the private respondent and the petitioner have some altercation regarding Janmastami and the matter was dealt with by police.

Heard learned counsels for the parties at length.

Police authorities are requested to keep a sharp vigil over the locale and the property and to ensure that no breach of peace takes place in the area or any harm is caused to the petitioner.

With the above directions, the writ petition being WPA 21537 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
