1. It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor that a substantive portion of the dues of the petitioner have already been cleared off.

2. Learned Counsel seeks further time to disburse the balance amount in compliance of the order of this Court. In view of such fair stand being taken by the alleged contemnor, the alleged contemnor is granted time till May 16, 2025 to clear off the balance dues in favour of the petitioner.

3. The alleged contemnor shall file an affidavit-ofcompliance to that effect on the returnable date, with an advance copy to the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

4. Let the matter be listed next on May 16, 2025 for passing further orders.
