1. I have gone through the materials on record. It appears that the present petitioner has been specifically named in the FIR as well as in the injury report. The other accused person was granted bail as he was not named by the injured.

2. Considering the materials on record, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

3. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) No. 3176 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed.

4. Criminal Section is directed to make available certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
