The Col., President Medical Board for Command, Command Hospital (EC), has submitted a report dated 30th October, 2023 on the medical condition of the petitioner.

The writ petitioner has been found medically fit in DNS (Lt).

The writ petitioner is, therefore, declared, medically fit in the process of recruitment to the post of constable GD for the year 2022.

The respondents shall process the writ petitioner's application further. Subject to compliance with any further formalities and tests for the said recruitment process she may be recruited. Let the above process be completed within a period of one month from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
