No.3375 of 2022 by the trial court vide order dated 27th February, 2023. Learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge has also filed a report of the Officer-in-Charge, Swarupnagar Police Station annexing the order passed by the learned Trial Judge. As the petitioner has already been discharged, he is at liberty to leave the country if he is not wanted in any other case.

The instant revision is, thus, disposed of.
