Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is undergoing dialysis and is being harassed at the behest of the private respondents who happen to be the son and the daughter-in-law. There are accusations of assault. Be that as it may, petitioner is directed to approach the Maintenance Tribunal under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

However, petitioner complains that the attendant is not being allowed free access. In case circumstances of such nature arise, information be furnished to the police authorities which the police authorities by deputing a lady police personnel will try to allow the attendant of free access.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21139 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
