Petitioners are in custody for 230 days. They renew their prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim housewife was subjected to torture over demands of dowry. She suffered unnatural death due to burns at the matrimonial home. Bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected earlier in July, 2022. There is no change in circumstances since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
