The defendant in a suit for declaration and permanent injunction is the petitioner of the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The said suit being Title Suit No. 1057 of 2023 is pending before the 1st Court of learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division) at Barasat, District - 24 Parganas (North).

The learned Trial Judge by the order impugned being Order No. 03, dated November 17, 2023 has directed the I.C. of the concerned Police Station to see that the sanctity of the order of injunction passed in the suit is maintained.

The order impugned does not call for any interference, however the disposal of the injunction application be expedited.

C.O. 3153 of 2024 is dismissed with the above observation without any order as to costs.
