1. The learned senior counsel for the respondent nos.3 to 6 has appeared virtually and raises an objection regarding the matter being argued before the Principal Bench. He submits that the matter is required to be considered before the Circuit Bench at Port Blair.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection in this regard.

3. We, therefore, consider it appropriate to release the matter from this Bench to be placed before the Hon'ble Chief Justice for appropriate orders. (Madhuresh Prasad, J.) (Supratim Bhattacharya, J.)
