Petitioner applied for cancellation of bail in the year 2023 in connection with Kolkata Leather Complex Police Station Case No.90 of 2023 dated 25.07.2023.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police station has been bifurcated and consequently Hatishala Police Station was created.

As such, after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted before the learned ACJM, Baruipur.

Having regard to the period of time which has lapsed, until and unless there are supervening circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the bail order.

Accordingly, CRM(SB) 175 of 2023 is dismissed. However, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional court, if fresh circumstances so surface. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
