Imam Mr. Sandip Kundu For the State Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and upon considering the materials on record, we are satisfied with the explanation given towards the inability of the petitioners to appear before the learned Court below and to obtain regular bail within the period, as specified in the order dated 30.10.2019 passed in CRM 9488 of 2019.

Accordingly, the application, being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old CRAN 921 of 2020), is allowed directing the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below and to pray for regular bail within a period of two weeks from date. Other conditions contained in the order dated 30.10.2019 shall remain unaltered.

The application, being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old CRAN 921 of 2020) is, thus, disposed of.
