1. The petitioner's objection filed in terms of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 is allegedly kept pending.

2. Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Special Land Acquisition Officer, being the respondent no. 4 herein to consider and dispose of the petitioner's objection in accordance with the aforesaid Act after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties by passing a reasoned order at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

3. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

4. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the objection along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
