1. Report filed by the State is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by a Division Bench of this Court on 4/10/2024 in CRM (A) 3097 of 2024 inter alia, on the condition that the petitioner shall meet the I.O once a fortnight till submission of report in final form and the petitioner shall deposit the original Passport with the I.O till submission of report in final form.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that charge sheet has already been submitted.

4. A charge sheet having been submitted, the condition to meet the I.O and to keep the Passport deposited with the I.O have become infructuous.

5. The I.O shall do the needful at the earliest.

6. Hence, no further orders need be passed in this regard.

7. With these observations and directions, the CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
