Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities particularly the representation which was made to the Officer-in-Charge, Raghunathganj Police Station.

The incidents complained of are related to 25.04.2025.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that from time to time informations were furnished to the police authorities.

There are existing dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. Police authorities also have drawn up proceedings at the relevant point of time either under section 107/116 of Cr.P.C. or under section 126/135 of BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities are well aware regarding the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents they are directed to continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 21255 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
