1. Although when the matter was moved on 12th June, 2025, seeking non-prosecution, Mr. Dey, learned advocate representing the petitioner did not indicate that the communication which was received by him on 14th May, 2025 was dated 7th May, 2025, today, Mr. Dey, would submit that there is a typographical error in the order dated 12th June, 2025 as regards noting of the date of the communication. He submits that communication is dated 7th May, 2025, but the same has gone down in the order as "an undated communicated".

2. Having regard thereto, the words "an undated communicated" as appearing on the 2nd line of paragraph 1 of the aforesaid order, be substituted with the following, "a communication dated 7th May, 2025.

3. The other portion of the order remains unchanged.

4. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 12th June, 2025.
