Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner seeks relief of direction upon the respondent WBGST authority concerned for releasing the goods in question along with vehicle subject to fulfilment of imposition of condition in accordance with law.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.21431 of 2022 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation before the respondent authority concerned relating to the aforesaid grievance within two weeks from date and if such representation is made by the petitioner within the time stipulated herein, the same shall be considered by the respondent concerned within two weeks from the date of receipt of such representation in

accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
