We are told that charge was framed on December 5, 2024.

We have seen the material in the case diary. Prima facie, there are incriminating evidence against this petitioner. A nylon rope, which was allegedly used to strangulate the victim, was recovered as per the leading statement of this petitioner. A bunch of keys, which was normally in the custody of the victim, was also recovered from the petitioner's residence.

In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, at this stage.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM (DB) 2819 of 2024 is dismissed.

However, considering that the petitioner is in custody for about 259 days, we request the learned Trial Court to Signed By :
