It appears that during pendency of this revisional application opposite party no. 1, Durga Das Nandi was died and on previous occasion direction was given upon the petitioners to bring the heirs/legal representatives of the said deceased opposite party no. 1 in the record but it has not been complied with yet. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the present case.

Accordingly, the revisional application being no. CO/3037/2015 is hereby dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
