Date was fixed for submission of the report. It is argued on behalf of the petitioners that there has been amicable settlement between the parties and they do not intend to proceed with the case.

The statement of Tapu Das reflects that he wants to pursue with the present case. As such, the foundation on which the present revisional application was filed, is diluted. So far as the records are concerned, it reflects that charge has already been framed and dates have been fixed for evidence. Charge was framed on or about 10th of March,

2021. In the meantime, more than two and half years have passed.

Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that the petitioners would be at liberty to canvass all the points in course of cross-examination.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3275 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Affidavit-of-service filed be kept with the record. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
