The Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order dated 03.10.2025 requires certain correction.

It appears that in the 3rd line of the cause title of the said order, the "Station Case No.1999 of 2025" should be read as "Station Case No.199 of 2025."

Such amendment be incorporated in the order dated 03.10.2025.

Other portions of the said order remain unaltered. 5.
