The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent with regard to the share of the produce in respect of an agricultural property.

Such a dispute cannot be decided by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petitioner is left free to approach the appropriate forum for relief in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
