It appears that the relief prayed for by the petitioner was in respect of her application praying for license against the notification dated 2nd November, 2023 issued by the Sub-Divisional Controller, (FDS).

It appears that the petitioner in this case has prayed for compassionate appointment as a dealer of the FPS license, originally run by her mother. Considering the said facts, the writ application at this stage has become infructuous. It

is clarified that the legal heirs of the writ petitioner herein, shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate authority with their prayer, which if made shall be considered, in accordance with law. The writ application is disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
