None appears on behalf of the opposite parties. It appears that the revisional application filed by the petitioner was earlier dismissed on 17th August, 2017 and against the said order of dismissal application has been filed by the petitioner to restore the said revisional application in its original file and number. The said application praying for restoration was allowed by this Court by passing an order dated 26th October, 2017.

It further appears that the instant revisional application is preferred by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 25th May, 2015 whereby learned Court allowed an application praying for amendment filed under Order 6 Rule 17. It appears that the matter is pending since the year 2015. There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present case. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/3052/2015 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
