Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police filed charge-sheet and, therefore, requirement of the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is the receiver of the stolen goods. He refers to the materials in the case diary.

Apparently, the petitioner is involved in the process by which, the pipelines of oxygen of a hospital was stolen. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 4471 of 2022 is dismissed.
