The present application has been preferred praying for relaxation of the conditions of anticipatory bail, as incorporated in the order dated 30th October, 2019 passed in CRM No.9528 of 2019. Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that after issuance of the order on 30th October, 2019, the petitioner surrendered before the learned court below and obtained regular bail. Upon completion of the investigation charge sheet has also been filed. Ms. Santra, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there is no adverse report against the petitioner and he does not dispute the fact that charge sheet has already been filed. In view thereof, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 30th October, 2019 passed in CRM No.9528 of 2019 to the effect that 'the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further order', is waived.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

The application being CRAN No.5 of 2020 is allowed and CRAN No.1 of 2020 and CRAN No.2 of 2020 are dismissed as withdrawn. The applications for urgent hearing and relaxation of conditions being CRAN No.3 of 2020 and CRAN No.4 of 2020 are, accordingly, allowed.
