The application made by the petitioner seeking transfer on medical ground and on the ground of long distance from residence to the school is pending consideration before the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Nadia.

Without going into the merits of the application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Nadia to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of 90 days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioners immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application along with all medical documents in support of the prayer for transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The instruction of Sub-Inspector of Schools, Santipur Circle Santipur, Nadia signed on 30th August, 2024 filed in Court today is taken on record. The writ petition stands disposed of.
