Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner seeks parity withy co accused Sariful Sk. who has been granted bail by this Court on 28th August, 2025.

Opposing the prayer, learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has been indentified in TI parade. I have considered the material on record. It is fact that the petitioner is in custody for close to two years and trial is yet to commence. He has been identified in TI parade. Stolen articles have been recovered at the instance of the petitioner. He does not appear to be similarly circumstanced with the co accused who has been granted bail. In view of the incriminating material on record, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
