1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had absconded for a protracted period of time. On such score bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier in March, 2023. There is no change in the circumstances since then. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
