1. Copy of the judgment dated 27.07.2022 filed in court today is taken on record.

2. It is submitted by learned advocates for the parties that this application has been filed by the de facto complainant challenging the impugned order of rejection of cancellation of bail in GR case no. 3373/2016 arising out of Belda PS case no. 255/2016 dated 06.10.2016 under sections 448/354A/ 325/506/509/307/376/511 IPC.

3. During pendency of this revisional application, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track 2nd Court, Paschim Medinipur has finally decided the case on 27.07.2022 and acquitted all the accused persons/opposite party nos. 4 to 5 under section 235(1) Cr.P.C.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this case has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, CRR 2851 of 2017 is thus disposed of with the above observations.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. Let the order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.

8. All parties are to act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
