The petitioner's grievance is that he passed TET and thereafter he was called in scrutiny/verification and interview/aptitude test by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 26.10.2016, the breakup of marks whereof was published in 2022. The petitioner also filed one representation dated 05.08.2022 which is at page 25 of the writ application.
I direct the Deputy Secretary to consider the representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned and speaking order to the petitioner by two weeks from the date of such hearing.
With this observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
