1. The affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

2. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

3. In view of the admitted position that the petitioner had applied for transfer when the Transfer Rules, 2015 was in operation. The application of the appellant is required to be considered and decided in terms of the Transfer Rule, 2015.

4. In view thereof, we direct the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, to decide the application for transfer in terms of Transfer Rules, 2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order by either of the parties.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the impugned order is set aside and the appeal and the connected application are disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
