2. It is fairly submitted that the description of the court has been inadvertently mentioned in the petition.

3. Instead of learned Sessions Judge, Murshidabad, it should be learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Jangipur.

4. The said prayer is allowed.

5. The petitioners shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Jangipur within one week from date.

6. All other conditions shall remain unchanged.

7. Accordingly, the application being IA No: CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
