Revisional court has stayed the said proceeding. As the order is an interlocutory one and the issues have not been finally decided, this court is not inclined to interfere with the said order.

The revisional court is requested to expedite the hearing of the revision petition and to dispose of the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

CRR 3652 of 2024 is thus disposed of.
