1. The report filed by I.O is taken on record.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary wherefrom it reveals that in execution of a warrant of arrest issued in relation to Goalpokher P.S Case no. 14/16 dt. 14.01.16 u/s 399/402 IPC r/w sec. 25(i)/27 Arms Act, the police personnel were assaulted. Moreover, the petitioner is absconding in the said case for long.

4. On such consideration, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
