1. Service report filed by the State be kept with the records. In spite of service nobody appears for the de facto complainant/ victim girl.

2. The petitioner says that he has been falsely implicated. He has no connection with the alleged incident. He is in custody for 142 days. Investigation is complete. His continued detention is not necessary.

3. While opposing the prayer for bail, learned Advocate for the State draws our attention to the material in the case diary. The case was started against unknown persons. This petitioner was identified in Test Identification (T.I.) Parade. A co-accused person is absconding.

4. In view of the statements recorded by the victim lady under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and Signed By :

subsequent identification of this petitioner in T.I. Parade, we are not inclined to allow his prayer for bail, at this stage.

5. The application being CRM (DB) 2821 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed.
