Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner complains that although the property was registered in favour of private respondents but the payments were not completed. To that effect, information was furnished to the police authorities, but according to the petitioner, till date no steps have been taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Narendrapur P.S. Case No.1080 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of law.

In view of the police authorities having already registered a case, police authorities would unearth the truth and take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21165 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
