Report is placed on record wherefrom it appears petitioner has complied with the condition of bail imposed upon him i.e. not to enter Kulti Police Station and to meet the Officer-inCharge of the police station within whose jurisdiction he shall presently reside i.e. Asansol South Police Station once in a week. Accordingly, the aforesaid condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner is waived. He shall appear before the court below on every date of hearing without fail.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
