The petitioner was arrested during the pendency of this application.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits a report of the Superintendent of the Police dated September 25, 2022 which be taken on record.

The report of the Superintendent of Police speaks of the Investigating Officer being changed and that the investigation being given to the investigating team comprised of two Inspector rank personnel and one Deputy Superintendent and an Additional Superintendent of Police.

It is expected that the police conduct the investigation in a

fair and impartial manner.

In view of the arrest of the petitioner, C.R.M. (A) 4476 of 2022 is disposed of.
