It appears that in the order dated 24th November, 2022, the writ application number and the cause title have been wrongly transcribed as WPA 19296 of 2017 instead of WPA 19296 of 2007 and the cause title, Tapan Kumar Chakraborty vs. The Central Provident Fund Commissioner & Ors., instead of Tapan Kumar Chakraborty vs. Union of India & Ors.

Let the writ application number and the cause title be corrected in the order dated 24th November, 2022 to read as WPA 19296 of 2007 and Tapan Kumar Chakraborty vs. Union of India & Ors.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 24th November, 2022.
