Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned advocate for the Board be kept with the record. This matter is similar to another matter decided by this court being WPA 5505 of 2022 (Soham Roy Choudhury & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.). In the said supplementary affidavit the petitioner has pleaded that untrained candidates were given appointment whereas after getting six marks, the petitioner is qualified in TET, 2014 and she should be given appointment as a trained candidate.

This matter being similar to the above writ application being WPA 5505 of 2022, I allow this writ

application with the similar observation and direction upon the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. The writ application is allowed.
