In Re: CAN 1 of 2023:- Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the respondents.

This is an application for substitution of the legal heirs and representatives of the deceased petitioner who died on 17.12.2022 leaving behind his legal heirs, particulars whereof has been given in paragraph 2 of the application. According to the averment made in the petition, the legal heirs and representatives are major and sui juris. Therefore, the application for substitution is allowed. Accordingly, C.A.N. 1 of 2023 is disposed of. Department is directed to incorporate the names of the legal heirs and representatives, who have been described in paragraph 2 of the application by correcting the cause title.

In Re: WPA 20537 of 2014:

The prayer of the petitioner is innocuous one seeking a certified copy of the order dated November 3, 2011 passed by the Rent Controller, Howrah in E.R. Case No.15, 2009.

Such prayer is allowed.

The Rent Controller, Howrah being the respondent no.2 is directed to provide the certified copy of the said order to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. With these observations, WPA 20537 of 2014 is disposed of.
