...For the alleged contemnor nos.1 and 2.

1. The alleged contemnors are personally present before this Court.

2. A large number of allegations and counter allegations have been made by the alleged contemnors and the petitioner against one and another.

3. This Court is not interested in entering into the said allegations or deal with the same. The wellbeing of the senior citizen mother of the parties, who is 92 years old, is utmost in the mind of this Court.

4. The mother otherwise appears to be comfortable in the house of the petitioner/daughter. The sons, who are present in Court, have assured that they are desirous of keeping the mother with them and taking care of her. They earn a meagre amount as Night Guards and from other lesser paying jobs.

5. The sons may come and visit the mother from time

to time and shall bear all her medical expenses.

6. The mother shall presently stay with the daughter. She may be taken by the sons to their house in a safe and secure manner, for a period of time after a month from date.

7. The petitioner shall be entitled to visit and see her mother as and when she deems fit. Likewise the sons shall be entitled to visit the mother as and when they wish. The monthly maintenance imposed on the alleged contemnors earlier, shall not be mandatory.

8. It is expected that the sons and daughters including the one living outside India, shall have free access to the mother and shall all take care of her keeping their personal difference set aside.

9. With the above directions, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

The personal appearance of the alleged contemnors shall also stand dispensed with.

There will be no order as to costs.
